What is MICRO-NEEDLING Facial Rejuvenation?
MICRO-NEEDLING is the use of a Micropen that inserts extremely fine, tiny needles into the skin for the purpose of rejuvenation. This creates micropunctures, which stimulates your skin’s natural response of healing with the production of collagen, elastin and new skin cells.

NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturists are among the few medically licensed professionals, along with western physicians who can practice Micro-Needling.
How many sessions ?
It is advised to complete a minimum of 4-6 sessions for accumulative, beneficial results. Results will vary among individuals.

How do I know that treatment is right for me?
In your initial appointment, she does a thorough assessment of your medical history including any allergies you may have, skin treatments that you've had in the past/current, current medicines and supplements. After this evaluation, the correct treatment plan is selected.
How is Christine trained?
Christine has been practicing body and facial acupuncture for 25 years and holds the National Board Certification (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture. She was trained in Micro-Needling at the San Diego Cosmetic Acupuncture clinic with Josh Nerenburg and in Advanced Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture in New York with Mary Elizabeth Wakefield. She practices Universal Precautions and has always gloved for micro-needle and acupuncture procedures.
